Nice people but more focused on the sale.

My personal experience was lengthy, not personal, and overall not very satisfying.

My request took 2+ weeks of recapped conversations and hopes on having my mind changed. 

I decided to take my business to another city's dealership and am currently the owner of a brand new car(with even more then I expected) within a week. 

All I can suggest is not to settle for unsatisfying sevice.

Brutal!
Was lied to and told my tire was not repairable ...was told a screw had gone the side wall...

Thanks for your help Tirez and Wheelz Sudbury. You restored my faith in Auto service technicians.

Went in for service on my car, the staff was extremely helpful, nice, and genuinely cared.  I talked to quite a few of the sales people and service people, they were all friendly and accommodating, and none of them were pushy.  I would definitely go back for anything I needed.
