Laking Toyota

I had a service, tires rebalanced and an inside/ outside wash done. The balancing was very good. The cleaning was out of this world. The truck looked like brand new inside and out and it was very dirty. The guy doing the car washes should get a raise for doing the excellent work he does.

Our 2013 RAV4 (purchased used this past June 2017 from Laking) had a loose windshield plastic cowl that was liable to fall off at highway speeds. After many visits (8), including ordering in a new replacement cowl, the final solution was to super glue the piece to the windshield gasket. So far it is securely in place. Customer service staff put in a honest effort to address the issue. It was agreed that the design of the cowl could be improved to ensure a secure fit. The service manager stepped in and asked us how they could compensate for the inconvenience to us re: the many visits. We suggested a complimentary oil change and vehicle check would suffice. He agreed. Overall we are pleased with our purchase and the level of service.

This is some of the best customer service I have I ever seen. John is an outstanding salesman, very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. Made buying a new vehicle pleasant and without hassle. All of the staff is very courteous. They managed to find me what I wanted, on the budget I have, the easiest process imaginable. Will definitely purchase another vehicle down the road and I recommend everyone else to do so as well! 10/10

The Sales department is filled with friendly, knowledgeable people, at no time do you feel pressured, you're made to feel like a VIP as soon as you walk in. The Service staff is top notch, maintenance and service is prompt and done right. And the icing on the cake is an excellent Detailing department with a number of very reasonably priced retail packages. Buy a car, have it maintained, and cleaned to a showroom shine, all on one lot!

Kevin was very helpful and extremely personable. He helped set up everything on our car. He went above and beyond even pricing out winter tires and installation for us. After we expressed that we wanted to get tires there. Steve was also great, he made sure we knew everything we needed to know before and after purchasing. Overall very pleased with the experience and the Corolla hatchback iM.
