Staff young but helpful - I can not fault the staff for inventory issues. Placed an order over a month ago, and still waiting for it school starts next week - I was told when I placed my order that they will be receiving the shipment in 1 week. I have to order from Piacente for my kids uniforms....but if given the choice I would definitely go elsewhere. For the price they charge, they should be able to get the uniforms on time. I agree with other reviews about sizing. You have to go in to try on the clothes.

Horrible horrible horrible uniform company. Shame on you for choosing this terrible uniform company Academy Saint-Anne. Never answering the phone call. Websites and even the business hours on their door says open today. We came and it is closed. I have wasted my time. Last time ordered uniform, even after school started uniforms did not arrive! The poor quality of these uniforms, cannot even say. Horrible garbage quality! Hello ASA, why have you chosen this company and why you keep using them after so many complaints!

Very good customer service, everything is organized, 99% of time you can get a refund or exchange as long as the uniforms are not worn or washed. Employees are always williing to help with anything you need and they know every rules and dress codes. If anything you need is missing, you can always order them and they will ship it to your house with no fees free shipping. Anyways, it is a really good place for freshmen or first timers.

The staff has no idea what the school's uniform requirements are. The young man who served us was insisting that my daughter didn't need a blazer for sec. 3 and argued when I told him otherwise. I had to involve another employee who confirmed what I was saying. Also, the quality of the stock is questionable. Had to return 3 pairs of shoes after only 2 months of wear each time because the sole fell off. I hate going there but have no other choice. They really need to improve customer service.

This place is awesome. We have been ordering my child's uniforms for 3 years and no problems. I recommend to get your uniforms at the store and not by ordering it.

Dorval Branch - Horrible service. First off, the employees were all young kids who had zero clue what they were doing and didn't even care. Second, they were terribly short on stock this is 2 weeks before school btw And finally, the sizes and quality were insulting. It was like a medium was the size of a small and would jump to an XL. Nothing in between. Honestly, the whole thing was a joke. No idea how they get contracts from schools Oh wait, they give a low quote and then offer inferior quality products. I would give this store a ZERO if I could.

Worst place ever. I placed an order since October 3rd of last year. Every time I call they keep BSing me... If only I didn't need to uniforms for my son. BTW.... I still have not received my order nor have I received and info concerning it....

We've ordered online and placed the order on the 8th July, we have paid 9$ for the delivery fee; and the tax took account of that. Now it is the 31th of August. And only YESTERDAY we got a phone call stating that we have to go there and pick the clothes up? This is inexcusable. I'll report later once we've gone there.

Deplorable place! Extremely low service, extremely low quality, completely disorganized, expensive. Really disappointed! I wonder how such a low quality company has been select to supply uniforms for some of the best schools in Montreal. Unbelievable!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They NEVER answer their phone so it's useless for you to call and check up on your order. They are always disorganized and never know when they're going to receive stock. On top of that, they don't notify you to let you know that your order has come in. BUNCH OF CROOKS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give this place a 0, I would.
