I always have the best dining experience and Amazing hospitality from my server Julia. I usually order their battered shrimp that comes with fries, but today I ordered the chicken strips and fries with their signature sweet chili sauce, very crispy and flavorful. The macaroni is also my favorite, great portions at a reasonable price had enough for leftovers! Overall a very calm and clean environment with family friendly staff. Their restrooms are very clean and fancy, and the restaurant is never too busy. By far my favorite place to eat when i visit Marysville.
The food was okay. I wish the crawl fish boil had a little bit more flavor & spice. Jambalaya definitely need a lot more flavor. It was pretty soupy. Our server Candy was amazing though. Jambalaya was flavorful, spicy, and loaded with shrimp, sausage, and veggies. It was delicious. We also ordered the shrimp and grits, which were on the complete opposite end of the flavor spectrum. Not much flavor compared to the jambalaya. Just grits, a little cheese, milk, spinach and shrimp. I would go back for the jambalaya, not for the grits.

Service was good. Food was good. The Jambalaya was a bit on the spicy side, but excellent. The COD was a true treat added with those homemade Hush Puppies. Nachos mmmmmmmm is all I can say.
Have been here several times for breakfast. Never disappointed. Got the chicken and waffles this time, added an egg to my order. Comes with 4 pieces of chicken and a large waffle. And my wife got the country tried steak and eggs. Comes with 3 patties of country fried steak! Going to try their lunch and dinner menu next time.
***update - PAC South did me dirty - ordered ahead by 2.5 hours for a 6:30 pickup and at 6:00 I found out they're too busy to fulfill the order? Wow! Talk about leaving your customer high and dry!*** I just discovered Pac South and I'm glad I did! So far my favorite is the fried chicken! Hush puppies were excellent and moist in the middle and cornbread was average but comes with this great butter honey to put on it. The huge strawberry pancakes were really good with big pieces of strawberry in them and the waffles are big. The red beans are delicious with good seasoning and a nice amount of heat. The collard greens are a must-have! Staff is friendly and plenty of parking at this former buffet restaurant.
This was our second visit to Pac South Marysville. The chicken and waffles comes with 4 pieces of well seasoned chicken served on a very tasty waffle, with honey butter and maple syrup. The Creole omelet with red potatoes is a work of art. Beautiful to behold. Better to eat. The portion is huge. Plan to take half home.
The waiter claimed to be new, and was obviously a shut in prior to this job. Overeager to please, menu unknown, beverages unknown, meal order unknown. Tried ordering a coke, said Pepsi, I asked for a Mountain Dew. "I don't know if we carry that." Came the reply. " If you have Pepsi, you probably have Mountain Dew" A few minutes later, he came back and asked if we were ready to order" " where's our beverages?" And we will order when you get back. Comes back with our beverages, and we order the crawfish boil and a spicy fish nuggets. "What kind of sauce do you want with your nuggets?" "What kind you have?" " Tarter sauce, tobacco, ranch. "Any aioli? " "What's that?" "It's a sauce served in southern restaurants." A few minutes later he brings out the crawfish boil. He asks if there is anything else? "How about our appetizer? .... Update. This waiter no longer works here, and the fries and spicy fish nuggets were good.
Food was flavorful. Cornbread had no flavorful really. Bottom bun on my takeout sandwich was soggy. No napkins or ketchup in bags. I may try this place again but would dine in.
