This place is not busy at all, which is crazy considering the fact it used to be busy when I was a kid. Food is great, lots of sauces and spices are available on the subs, can be your choice. Of course. I would recommend getting a sauce or spice on your sub because it makes it really good! Vingeratte and parmesan are two of my favorites. Service is amazing, usually there's only one or two people working here, I imagine they may be hiring more people, but these people are very high trained because they always get orders done speedy quick. Place is super clean, very good seating if you like eating inside. Vegetarian options: Very good vegetarian options! You can choose your own vegetables of course, and there may be vegetarian bread ?, but if you're unsure at what to get, there's a whole vegetarian sub! Very good options. Kid-friendliness: My kids love the kids meals they have, perfect size for kids to finish, so you don't have leftovers later on. No play pen though. Parking: There's not that much parking spots, usually the other places near this Subway are busy so.. it may be extra hard to find parking spots. Might have to park somewhere else. Wheelchair accessibility: A lot of people in wheelchairs come here! So yes, very accessible to people in wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: Great place for people on a diet. If you want fast food, 100% go here! On a lot of my diets, or on a lot of my family's diets, we go here.
This subway is closed way before actual closing time that's posted on website and business hours on their door. Before you even say it's because they have no help, there were 3 workers standing at the counter a whole hour before actual closing time but said they're closed anyways when I went to the door.
Beware of ordering the Bella Mozza sub online. You will go in pick it up, take a bite only to find no cheese. The issue is the ticket that prints out doesn't tell them to add the cheese so they don't, despite the obvious name of the sandwich Bella Mozza and the default ingredients that include Belgioioso sliced mozzarella...which should be a CLUE for staff, but after being burnt twice now, they don't follow the listed ingredients they only follow the ticket. It's maddening. Also of note in the app you can't even remove the cheese OR REQUEST ANOTHER type of CHEESE. For all the time back and forth I wasted, I might as well go pick up a roll of the cheese and the cold cuts and make the sandwich at home myself. Please management fix this. Also, the woman with red and blue hair was nice and remade it, but then asked me if I wanted the sliced or shredded mozzarella. I replied I want what this sandwich comes with. It's very frustrating, this is supposed to be fast. I order in the app, I walk in pick it up off the shelf and go back to work. Please get this right. Maybe it's a matter for corporate, a programming issue OR training. Either way the same mistake shouldn't continue to happen.
Hi DoorDash in order and on my DoorDash order I asked for certain vegetables on my thing well according to them it did not come through and the guy wanted to argue with me about it and I am allergic to bacon so I put in there no bacon and they gave me bacon so I spent like $20 to get my food delivered to me and I cannot even eat it. And then when I tried to call the store back and they refused to answer. And then the boy that I dealt with on the phone was very rude to me and then I asked to speak to a manager and he told me there was no manager and then I asked him for his name and then I will be calling the manager tomorrow he was so rude
The two gentlemen working were absolutely amazing!!! They had great attitudes, they were polite and personable. I loved the service I got from both of the workers at the time. Ellie put Are warm subs and cold ones together and many more. Also the other worker working with her was amazing.They also cleaned and washed everything. I did not have a good tip to give them. I wish I did.
Great food, but server's are very slow
Their website doesn’t allow you to take meat off of the subs and I ordered a sandwich with baloney ham and salami knowing I was just going to take the baloney off I also have Covid so I had to door dash and the sub only came with baloney. How did They not put all the meats on when you can’t even take any meat off when you’re ordering?? Kinda seems like they just threw it together and I can’t have someone deliver another sub

Probably the best Subway in the area. The workers are great. I could tell they were a little short staffed today so the wait was a bit long. I didn't have a problem with that at all. Going here is always a good experience for me no matter how long it takes. I think they could either use some help or the two people working tonight could use a nice raise.
