Oxygen Yoga & Fitness

This place was the worst. If your not under 30 named Britney Tiffany or Felisha you won’t fit in. Felt very competitive and non inclusive. I’m a healthy 50 something felt 100 after I left.

Oxygen Yoga and the instructors are amazing and life changing! I started when they where at the old studio. I have to say the new studio is absolutely beautiful and clean. 5star all the way!

I started Oxygen Yoga in Maple Ridge in June 2013 and I can not express how much I enjoy the studio. The staff are friendly, motivating, and they genuinely care about their clients. The energy is amazing. I love that you can book online and choose from a variety of classes. I always enjoy every class I take. You can attend more than 1 class a day and the variety of times is also an added bonus. The staff are also very accommodating and give you options for different fitness levels. I would highly recommend Oxygen Yoga to anyone who is looking for a challenge and that wants to change their life around. I really enjoy everything about hot yoga and boot camp, my body wants me to push myself even more every time I come. Clean studio, amazing rate and awesome staff, who wouldn't want to be surrounded by others making health and fitness a priority in their life. Marilyn is one of my favourites (I love everyone else as well!!) because she pushes you and motivates you to push yourself where you have never gone before. Thank you Oxygen Yoga for everything!

I recently started Oxygen Yoga in Maple Ridge for my weight watchers and i have absolutely fallen in love with this studio. The positive energy and variety of different classes makes this the best hot yoga studio around. The staff and teachers are very motivating and i look forward to every class i attend. I found it hard in the past to make exercise a routine but with this place i have found it very easy to go 6-7 days a week now. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the benefits of what this adds to your life.

I've been a member at Oxygen for 5 years now and it is 100% fantastic and life altering. The best part is the wide range of instructors at the studio, they are constantly rotating and changing which gives you a chance to try something a little bit different every time! You always leave with a smile on your face and sweat on your brow. Great workout and great company!
