Create Athletic Club

Worked with Pete for about 4-5 weeks. I was looking for someone who could identify my weaknesses and develop a plan to help me achieve my fitness goal (I had an upcoming physical fitness test for employment in the Canadian Armed Forces). Pete was great from the first free tour. He explained the how's and whys for everything we were doing. Provided great tools for dietary changes as well as support outside the gym. Pete took a personal investment in my health and goals, something I saw repeated with every client Of his I met. The gym was incredibly friendly. Every person there was polite and introduced themselves to me as soon as they could. It really makes for a less intimidating experience. The age range of those that attend is quite diverse, but it does seem to be more 30+. If you have questions, goals or just want to start becoming more healthy, I would recommend calling/meeting the trainers here.

I've been going to Create for since May of 2016. Pete and Trina are both amazing coaches, who are so encouraging and supportive. I've definitely been getting stronger, but the biggest thing for me has been monitoring my resting heart rate for the last month, after one month off from the gym. In the span of that time, it's lowered by 17 beats per minutes, which is huge. What a indicator of increased fitness level and I know I would have not worked this hard at any other gym! Pete and Trina have created an amazing community of people who are truly each others friends and I look forward to each workout.

Tried other cross fits, clubs, personal trainers, etc...Create is THE BEST club, the best atmosphere, the best coaches, the best training. Do your self a favour and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
