Finally an outback that had the special. Price was $3 more than advertised but not a deal breaker. I had the margarita sampler and was pleasantly surprised to find all of them tasty. The steak was cooked to perfection and so was the lobster. Not sure about the appetizers as none sounded overly appealing. The blooming onion is a culinary nightmare so wasn't getting that. Overall service was good and waiters friendly. However the wait staff that delivers the food to the table didn't know what salad had which dressing and got the meals placed in front of the wrong diner.

It’s 4:08 on a Friday and it seems like an old folks home in here. Not to be rude but the demographic is all people 50+ years of age. There’s a constant smell that literally smells like fesses while we’re sitting at the bar. It just flat out stinks in here. The lighting is very dark and we didn’t even get a coaster for our beer. As for the staff - I’ve never seen a manager walk around so slow and lackadaisical in my life. He looks like he just had a bong hit! We saw a review on here that said they saw a mouse, definitely believe that after looking around in here. We will not be returning.

We walked in on Valentines day and was seated in about an hour. A little longer than we wanted but its to be expected since we did not call ahead or make a reservation. The manager was very professional and good at his job. The servers never stopped smiling and were courteous to all. Our server Josh was awesome. Food is a little overpriced but what isnt these days. Would go back again and would recommend this location. I have not been to others.

My wife and I arrived early (4pm) to avoid the possibility of a dinner rush. We had to wait for several minutes for someone to greet us at the hostess station at the front. Eventually we were greeted and told that the wait time would be 5 minutes. No problem yet, but it did seem kind of strange that the place was like a ghost town with empty tables and booths open all throughout the place, yet we were told to wait. As we waited we watched another couple show up a few minutes after us and then be lead to a table. A few minutes later, again, another couple arrived and was also seated, this time at the bar area. It had now been 25 minutes since we had first arrived and I was wondering what was happening, this should have been a first come first serve basis. The hostess seemed like she was distracted and/or avoiding us and gave no effort to check in with us to keep us up to date. Now a bunch of people started filling up the front waiting area as the hostess started leading a family toward the main dining area to be seated. Before they could file past us I became impatient and pointed out to the hostess that we had been patiently waiting for our table and that we had just witnessed 2 tables be seated before us. Instead of calmly explaining the cause of the delay (or offer any explanation), the hostess started getting defensive and aggressively stating that it was our fault for not actively pursuing her and declaring a possible table we wanted in the bar area. What!? This person is the hostess right? Isn’t it her job to be finding a place for us to sit, not my responsibility to find our own solution?!?! The hostess made no attempt to finalize the situation or to find any kind of resolution, instead she just said, “we’ll get to you when we get to you”, in a rude manner and tone. We quietly turned around and walked out the door. We will never be back to this location. (To be honest, the food isn’t that great anyway and we just wanted to spend a $50 gift card my father had given to us for Xmas)

Called a day ahead to make sure got a booth and made plans for certain time. Well we got there and still had to wait 20 mins past the booking time. I get it was busy due to v day, but when I set a time I expect to be seated closer to that time. I heard walk ins get the same expected wait time that I had to wait and we called a day ahead... that is unacceptable in my opinion. Next problem, I found a great deal online that I verified was a deal at this location and yet when I asked wanted about it I was told it wasn't. So why was I told yes but one and no by another???? Just another thing that didn't like. Next problem, ordered steak medium and other half ordered medium rare... we'll his was rare rare and my was medium rare close to rare rare. Wasn't able to get that issue fixed either. Waiter gave us check and didn't bring dessert, which was part of the v day deal they had going . We sat knowing it was busy and gave him a chance to remember it which he did not. He was all ready to take our money but not give us what we were paying for. We did bring it up to him after wanted quit a while. The whole experience was not a great one at all. I used to love outback and seems like they have gone way down hill.
