Oscar Grann's

They wrecked my coffee table. I took it in to get planned. They agreed to plane off 1/8 of inch instead they took off 3/4 of an inch. Then they asked me to pay for a new planner blade $200! Saying that it was my fault. They didn't check for screws.

Oscar Grann's Furniture made my dining room table in 2011. They came highly recommended to me for their custom furniture work. I was able to design the table, pick the type of wood and finish with the help of Oscar Grann's knowledgeable staff coaching me through it all. I am incredibly happy with the final product and to this day people continue to talk about my beautiful dining room table and ask where I bought it. Two years after I bought the table I accidentally put a very hot dish on the table and tarnished the stain a bit. I was so upset and worried, but when I called the staff at Oscar's they were incredibly supportive and helped to reassure me that it was nothing that couldn't be fixed and easily refinished. The staff remembered me and my table and were again nothing but knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I know this table will live a long life as a beautiful piece in my house. I would highly recommend Oscar Grann's to anyone who loves their house and the furniture they fill it with.

Oscar Grann's made new bamboo doors for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Their workmanship is excellent, I've received many rave reviews from friends. Very pleasant to work with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The photos are of my parent's main kitchen, the kitchen in their suite and the kitchen in our vacation chalet. They have a similar style because they were so happy with the design and elegance of the first Oscar Grann kitchen they decided to have 2 other custom kitchens built just a few years apart. Oscar Grann's work was professional with competitive prices and practical advice.

I had kitchen and bathroom cabinets made by Oscar Grann's based on my contractor. It was a difficult process to have them made as they seemed to be too busy all the time. The product arrived 3 weeks later than promised and damaged....had to be replaced twice...They claimed manufacturer issues. Oncey had my money for their hefty bill, it was even tougher to deal with the post installation issues. I had also paid them for install which was a terrible experience as the guy was not dependable. Then when I asked to have the huge holes fixed and the cabinets put straight they said since they subcontract the poor workmanship was not their problem. I really suggest to go elsewhere unless you like abuse and problems.
