Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County

If you like to get called in to see the Dr. 45minutes after your scheduled appointment and if you like female lab techs with metal embedded in their faces and if you enjoy middle aged women with tattoos up and down their arms you will like this place. Also, I think you'll find that nearly all the 5-star reviews are from folks who are employed here.

I've had a couple different appointments at the New Windsor office and have no complaints about the personnel at this office. I had to wait about 35 minutes but I feel that this is standard because the doctors here really spend time with you if you have any concerns. Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Reade, and Dr. Raushenbach take their time to make sure everyone is cared for. The front end staff was nothing short of professional and courteous.

Have an appointment at 2pm? Showed up on time? Too bad come prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get called in, and another 20 to be seen by the doctor. They are all the same poughkeepsie, fishkill, new windsor.
