ENT and Allergy Associates - Fishkill

this place is absolutely ridiculous. All they do is push for surgery and its like pulling teeth trying to get medical records to go to another dr. I don't even see how they're still in business when the bad reviews outweigh the good ones.

I've dealt with a number of the staff at ENT at several of the locations and have never had anything but an excellent experience! I've honestly left several appointments thinking that I'd want to work here. From allergies to throat issues to the diagnosis of a tumor, the folks at ENT, from schedulers to physicians, are always extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I have recommended this practice to friends and recommend it to anyone with ENT/allergy issues.

I have had the worst experience at this practice. I have been going for my Allergy Shots for over a year and find that they try to UPSELL me while checking in every time with a Digital Menu type selling used for checking in. I have had a Billing nightmare with them and have wasted hours trying to get a copy of statement showing credits for all I the checks payments that have made to clear my bills.

too many patiends. long wait. and charged 500$ for antibiotics for a throat infection.
