I've been a patient with two of the doctors at the Caremount facility for over four years and I can't say enough good things about the quality of care and the personal staff at this facility. I've been with Dr Beltrani for that whole time and previously as a child was under the care of his father, and both are terrific docs and really nice people. I'm also a patient of Dr Basciano since moving back to the Hudson Valley four years ago. I now have my whole family both parents and wife and child at Caremount and I am consistently happy with their service.

The office staff is anti-professional and definitely no exposure to customer service or customer relations, definitely should be replaced they are too into themselves probably FacebookIng all day who does the hiring

The office staff is terrible. Expect to sit on hold for a long time. After 3 weeks of not being able to connect with anyone I finally had to drive to the office to get the results of a simple blood test. Thank goodness it wasn't something I needed to know right away.

Ditto on the reception desk, they are awkward and rude. Dr.Beltrani is excellent and worth the trouble however.
