Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Dr. Sasha Ristic was kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. He completely examined my sore hand and wrist while being careful not to cause pain. He listened carefully and answered all of my questions. Without making me feel rushed, he used the time well so that he could provide excellent care but not waste any time.

THE WORST! Their customer service dept is non existent. Don't use if you ever want to talk to someone. I have an appointment tomorrow for an injection and have been on hold waiting for 45 minutes. Tried 3 times today. Pushed the star button for them to call me back -- never happened. This always happens every time I need to reach them. The worst. Stay away.

Not my real name - but available if needed,. Went for consultation for arthritic thumbs and a total waste of time. try to get a copy of your zx-rays - they still put it on a CD you have to pick up - and you have to sign a consent which should all be available on the web - I have to go to the office and sign and pickup a CD. Real modern with technology - ever hear of email?

Most unfriendly miserable staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. Tiggis should have his license revoked. Hope he can spell LAWSUIT

The fact that they have one line for all branches is ridiculous. Getting an appointment is difficult. Therapy didn't work at all. I am really disappointed with the office. Multiple times I've filled out a release form for my notes to be faxed to my job. Almost every single time I have received a call from my job saying that I was on an unexcused absence. The office is terrible. Love my doctor but the whole practice itself is terrible
