Very knowledgable, highly motivated, trainers. Always a good workout. Facilities are new and change areas are always clean.

Great workout, and different from other gyms. The staff in St John's was really friendly and knowledgeable. All shapes and sizes were there. This gym pushes people to improve their personal fitness at their level.
