Downey's Taekwon-Do

Was with them for much of my childhood. Solid instructors, Mr and Mrs Downey are both legitimate at what they do, but it wasn't what I wanted out of a martial arts school. Good for young kids who want to learn co-ordination, develop flexibility and stay in good shape and for parents who want their kids to have a base in martial arts, but TKD is not the kind of martial art I'd want to learn in my adult like, not if I really wanted to learn how to fight properly.

Good teachers but not a proper facility for teaching martial arts. they should invest on getting their own building to rent for a training facility and not the downstairs of a church.
