Best national gym chain. This location is one of the better ones with great views of St John's harbour and a nice open interior. It tends to be quite dead after 7pm and the mornings are also slow. 

Downsides are the crappy bars - not maintained well so the bearings seem to go quickly - and the fact there is only one drinking fountain. There are growing number of gym bros, but still better than most places.

Best GoodLife in Canada! Clean and spacious with amazing views of the harbour. Lots of equipment and never too crowded. Different sections to the gym to find the perfect spot to workout. Several different studios and areas to stretch/abs.. women's only section.  Large change rooms.
