Great facility, very clean, Was very disappointed when i returned to St.John's and rejoined only to find out the great trainers were gone. I would have given this a 5 star if it was still in the Gavin & Andrew era .

Great fitness facility with a wide variety of workout options. Not as big as other commercial gyms but the focus on functional strength equipment makes this gym ideal for cross fit enthusiasts and dynamic strength training.
