Probably the best pool in St John's. Also it doesn't offer a hot tub this pool is known for its slides and amazing swimming lessons. Even though it's awesome for swimming the lifeguards here suck. The Works offers jobs to kids who don't have their full life guarding certificate just because it's cheaper.

The works is an excellent place to go for a workout and a swim until you find out how dirty it really is. I may change my review on the works depending on how well the renovations are but the works pool is dirty and  the water rarely ever gets changed. Their lifeguards are also unqualified  (most of them anyways) and their change rooms are falling apart.

I've been going to this gym for years. Great staff and very helpful trainers in the gym area. Can't imagine going elsewhere. 

Ps. A hot tub is available to members along with saunas in each change room.

Was clean, staff members were great. Easy to get through if you're a few minutes after the opening of the swim. When leaving the lobby was lined with families for the next swim time.

Great student workout facility. The price is included in tuition at Memorial University so take advantage :D
