I love this gym! Definitely the cleanest gym in the city. Great for women who are tired of inappropriate behaviour from men in the gym, women just starting out in fitness etc. Excellent classes and PT's who are very helpful. Sauna and massage chairs available, not a ton of equipment but enough for a good workout and it is never busy so you aren't left waiting to use a machine.
