I love this place. The workout is intense I felt like I was going to die lmfao but it is worth it. The instructors are super helpful and supportive. I wanted to give up a bunch of times but they didn’t let me and motivated me to keep going, and if there is a workout that you can’t do they will moderate it for you which is awesome and I don’t just have to stand there and watch everyone else lol. Also Nikki the owner is amazing. She works with your needs. I had to be out due to surgery and recovery and she worked with me about my membership which was awesome they are very caring. I can’t wait for the doctor to finally let me go back. I highly recommend this place and hopefully I can get my friends to start coming with me.

I've been a member for almost 4 months now and I absolutely love it. It's challenging but it's by far the most fun workout I've ever done! I'm always looking forward to my next class. The instructors are awesome and the music is great! I've already lost 19 lbs and have seen a lot of improvement overall in how I feel. I can't wait to see what many more months bring!

Ilovekickboxing has been a life changing experience. Since joining, I’ve been more motivated in reaching my goal. The staff/instructors are awesome. If you want to get a full body transformation this is the place to get.

I got into kickboxing last year and found this place within the last few months. The structure of the classes are amazing. High intensity, fun, and structured so it makes the hour go by fast! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves kickboxing or a great workout!!

ILKB provides these things (in no particular order): -Friendly atmosphere -Confidence -Fast paced, fun and varied workouts -Strength -Motivating and knowledgeable instructors -Friendliness -Clean gym -No judgment -Great music And SO much more!! After one month I am already noticing a positive difference in my body both physically and mentally. I am so happy I found this place, the workouts are awesome and atmosphere makes me proud to say I am a member of.
