GA Checkpoint Yamaha

The folks here are super helpful. Looking for some grommets for Yamaha Grizzly shroud and the guy behind the counter when above and beyond to find them for me. Highly recommend. Top notch customer service.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Prices are a bit high, so if you have the time to wait for your part it might be worth to wait for it coming from China instead :)

When it comes to sales of new and pre-owned equipment be it a boat or motorcycle GA Checkpoint has very good pricing, but when it comes to servicing or repairing the Yamaha equipment they have very long wait times. I booked my appointment today (May 31) and GA Checkpoint service department booked it for July 4 at the earliest over a month later. In all fairness I did get a call back from Brendan today (June 2) from GA Checkpoint Yamaha who explained to me that all places that do marine services have a shortage of good marine mechanics and technicians, which results in longer wait times during the busy spring/summer months. So we do know that GA Checkpoint Yamaha reads the reviews we post and does respond to our complaints. They do have an A+ rating from BBB, which tells me that they solve issues with their customers well. They do need to improve and expand their repair and servicing department to reduce waiting times, which Brendan mentioned they are working on.

Phenomenal service !!! I was on a cross Canada bike trip and needed an oil change. Although incredibly busy, Pat Hazard in the service department, squeezed my bike in while i had lunch. Hats off to a great yamaha dealership with incredible staff.

Great service, friendly helpful efficient staff and the prices were better than any other Yamaha dealer. I had my valves adjusted and they charged me half of any other dealership. Highly recommend.
