Kintec: Footwear + Orthotics

Keiler Fulton was very helpful and professional in recommending an Incrediwear Ankle Brace as a solution to a swollen Achilles' tendon. I was referrred to Kintec by my doctor. I would definitely recommend Kintec to others suffering orthotic pain.

I was recommended by Impulse Sport Therapeutics to visit Kintec for a ankle brace. I was met by Katie whom recommended different styles, depending on my activities. I was impressed by her thoroughness to make sure all was well. She even recommended I return at a later date so she could check my gait. I mentioned I was going trekking so she recommended I bring in my boots to check the fit and also give her recommendations re other foot wear. First time visit and i was very impressed by the staff. I just had my custom orthotics made at Kintec. Erwin who did my assessment was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and explain every component of the assessment so that I know what's going on and why what is being measured and looked at. He took the time to make sure I am well informed and got all my questions answered before leaving the shop. On top of that Kintec provides follow up support, he encourages me to come back in case of any questions or concerns. It's not just the orthotics really, it's the excellent service and support that distinguish them from others. I had my orthotics ordered through my chiropractor before, not much support as expected considering their hourly rate, so I would totally recommend to just go to Kintec directly. I bought my running shoes there last year which was great as the Kintec staff are active outdoorsy individuals so they are great at providing advice, sharing their experience, not to mention they are patient and friendly.

Keiler really knows the product line at Kintec. I have wide feet and was given a selection of three waterproof shoes to try on. No messing around with stuff that wasn't close to a good fit! We put my orthotics in all three and I got to walk around until I was comfortable enough to make a decision. I was encouraged to try the shoes I bought on at home and if I wasn't satisfied and I was told to bring them back if I wasn't totally happy. Good friendly knowledgable service!
