Ordered a engine got a discount witch is why I’m giving 2 stars...1 for it being delivered and 1 for the discount unfortunately the long block I ordered that I’m still trying to identify what ej it is came damaged. Some from shipping. The worst of it was the damage to the internals metal shaving in cylinder bores rust and to make it useable again would have to get re-bored which would be smarter buy new from the dealership. The owner wouldn’t ever respond I had to call him weeks after he said he would get back to me. Told me not to return the engine cause the shipping would cost more then the engine then the final conclusion came to him being able to send me a short block and charge me shipping...huge waste of time and money. I recommend purchasing from somewhere else. Won’t be doing business again.

Purchased a brand spanking new RB26 from here a couple complaints: 1 Staff is so knowledgeable I felt stupid while there. 2 Will not be going back since the engine and parts i purchased there will last forever. 3 Customer service was excellent and you should probably go there.

Just got a set of winter tires/rims for a price that I was going to spend on 1 tire at another store, these gentleman knew their parts, helpful, checked the specs of the car first, then showed me a few options. If you need anything I would recommend this shop, unbelievable inventory. Shop looked small on the outside, when I went inside I couldn't believe my eyes.

Worst possible customer service. Ordered headlights and they came in very poor condition. Tried to deal with Alex to get the problem resolved. He responded very abruptly with a ship them back. I them emailed four more times to try and find a more suitable resolution and the approach of Alex was to simply IGNORE me....this was never resolved since Alex did nothing but ignore every email I sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Complete ripp off. Bought a fender and was affirmed that its in factory paint and never been painted. While.installing found out its been painted before . Edges were rough and clearly shows repaint when looked closely in sunlight and paint drops outside. When tried to explain the guy he started using abusive language. COMLLETE RIPOFFS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUDS. They talk nice before you pay them . Wasted all my money.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called the store couple of days ago and asked if there was any damage on coil overs and got a snarky response back. So I went to check up on the product which looked decent, when I asked if one of the teller could check if the bottom ring of coil over was seized he said "we don't check that" I said I didn't want the product he got extremely angry took the coilover and threw it on the floor. Such terrible customer service extremely unprofessional.

Needed a part for a 2000 car. Agent suggested that even though the part he found was from a different year car and didn't match the pictures I had, it would work even better than the original. It didn't. This part was being sent overseas. On returning weeks later I was reminded that all sales are final and that it was my decision to take the part. Just be very careful and knowlegeable when dealing with JMD representatives.

The products that are sold here are reasonably priced and good quality. I recently bought a set of 14 inch aluminum rims from this location for my Nissan Bluebird. The only downside to this business is the fact that a primitive, third world, uncivilized mentality unfortunately exists in one of the employees that I dealt with. You can't miss this person, he's the fattest, laziest one among the bunch and he sits at the front counter most of the time getting even fatter and also does the cashing out. He is very unprofessional, rude and unpleasant to deal with. I'm almost certain that he's an immigrant from either Europe or the Middle east that's here to make a hustle for himself as most primitive, third world immigrants do. It's backward immigrants like this that gives all the other good ones a bad name. As a matter of fact, all of the other employees here were very professional, helpful and friendly. It's a shame that the fat one had to be there to spoil a good business as the one rotten apple.

Scam artists!!! Needed a passenger side mirror and they convinced me that because the colour was slightly off I should just take a set. However the driver side mirror wouldn't adjust properly, it was aimed at my doors and there was nothing I could to do make it work, so I brought it back. They explained to me that lots of people have come back and said they can't see on the driver side as well and that it's because they're from Japan and it's right hand drive over here... So clearly he knew that it wouldn't work for me before he sold me it and then refused to give me my money back too. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I received the spoon N1 tail pipe for my dc2 ITR and it was shipped quickly and arrived on time and in perfect shape. My car now sounds like it should and the look is awesome. Thanks for the great service I will be ordering all my JDM/Spoon parts from you guys!
