Sales staff is good. One of the best I've seen across all dealerships. No pressure at all.

After purchase service department is pretty bad. Never returning calls and not interested in just answering simple question unless there's a sales attached.

They damaged my windshield while doing the service and when I called them to fix it they even did not care about what happened. 
Another disappointing issue is they do not give you their courtesy car.

Such a smooth experience! We dealt with Albert and his team to get my mother in law a 2018 CX-3 while i was outside the province and unable to attend in person. 
I was very relieved to see the whole transaction was pressure free with no surprises and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The process was handled with care from start to finish never rushing through the details. I would highly recommend dealing with Albert and his team and will return in the future.
