Pacific Riding School recommended this place, and it's clear as to why. The staff are made up of friendly and helpful individuals who love motorcycles, and want to share their passion and stories with their customers.
Trevor is an excellent individual. From the first time he introduces himself, all the way passed giving you the keys to start up your bike, he maintains professionalism, with the goal of long-lasting friendship. There was never any pressure to make purchase, and he was always open to going over any questions or details customers may have had. We were able to negotiate the bike price to something very reasonable, and it, along with the bike, was exactly as specified.
The facility is clean and easy to find. The street behind the lot is not busy, so customers can practice riding on their bikes before taking it on the busier streets.
To any individuals new to motorcycles, or veterans of the community, I recommend taking the time to venture to Kawasaki Burnaby.

Have purchased two bikes from Trevor in sales over the past 5 years. What a pleasure to work with. Jay set us up will all our riding equipment. He knows everything about riding gear. Manny with Peter helping in service always find our parts and service time for us. Never had a come back on any servicing from the mechanics. Brian the owner keeps everyone happy including making great recommends for Pacific Riding ) and Road Craft (advanced) rider training academies. One could not ask for more from a local motorcycle shop.

I've left one review on facebook a while ago but I just came back from a quick service. I rang Burnaby Kawasaki today inquiring about a steering lock that is finicky. I was asked to bring the bike down just so they could take a look and decide if it's a 15 minute job or a 1hour job. I had a service guy try the lock and in under 3 minutes I was out as he lubed up the lock. Saved me $100 which I'd be more than happy to pay. With Phil leaving and the gentlemen with the glasses nowhere around the parts department, I was going to start looking at another bike shop but low and behold the gentleman with the glasses is working in service now. Excellent!!! As I'm thinking of letting go of my Vulcan 1600 Nomad next year, my next bike purchase will definitely be at Burnaby Kawasaki
