Shady is the name of the game. place used to be called Platinum Auto Corporation. my review is about an experience 2 years ago. I drove out all the way from Kelowna after providing a deposit on a car, made special arrangements to meet on the weekend at a specific time. we paid for a hotel room and spent the night, in the morning when we tried to confirm the prearranged time they held us off by two hours, kind of frustrating as the time arranged was set by the seller. when the seller finally showed up he took us in the showroom and expected us to purchase the vehicle only by viewing it and not with a test drive. I finally convinced him to let us drive the yellow Mitsubishi sportback we were looking at. he only let us go around the block. when we got back i reconfirmed information that i had asked them about in email (any body work, accidents, engine work ect..) and he was very evasive. my fiance noticed some paint spackling on the windshield and mismatched paint on the front/rear bumper, along with horrible bondo work so we inspected closer. the sales agent got pissed off and started insulting me. he then drove the car out of our sight and told us we wasted his time, then he tried to get into a fight with me. let me remind you we drove over 4 hours from our home, spent the night and were delayed 2 hours on a preset time by the same sales agent. in addition to this he tried telling me i was obligated to pay the $500 deposit solely because i wasted his time, previously he told me if the car wasn't for me the deposit would be fully refunded. I also had $5000 cash in hand to pay for the car if it was in good repair, guess it was your loss Al, Allen and anyone else who lost out. I write this 2 years later because I just noticed the company name change (same owners al and allen) and I want to let people know exactly how shady these clowns are. There is a very bad taste in my mouth with these guys. stay away, stay far far away.

I bought a used car from Autolinx Motors last Saturday. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I am impressed with Al who was very patient with my wife and me. He explained all the features of the car very well. He not only mentioned; but also fixed minor small defects for us. He has helped us to buy a great car for our transportation needs. Well done!!!!
