Best Import Auto

I just recently bought a 2004 Mazda 3 hatchback and i'm quite glad with my purchase. The customer service was okay and I got a good deal for it too. Matthew helped find the right car that was suitable for me and I would consider telling people about this place.

Very shady. I ended up walking away in disgust. Salesman wouldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle until an offer had been made and a price agreed upon. I can't make an offer on a vehicle I haven't driven. Poor business practices. I would not recommend buying a car here based on the condition of the vehicle I looked at and the asking price of it.

We had a family member sell a vehicle to them and it was a horrible experience. To top it off, best import auto is now trying to sell the vehicle and not being truthful with the advertisement. Buyer beware, people are selling their vehicles to these guys because no one else wants to buy them!

not even 1 star. worst possible service (specially after sales service). They will not receive your call in the next day once you buy something from them. Promised hell lot of things before I bought my car and next day they said since it is a second hand car, so they can't help me more (promised me something to be fixed within a week after buying which was not working at the time of buying). They are not even 3rd world country standard shop, let alone Vancouver, Canada. People who got good service from them must be very lucky.
