Best OPA! Franchise I’ve eaten at : seasoning spot on, warm crispy but at the same time soft pita. Guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with as well !!! Good job, definitely recommend
Seems like management changed. Spend $14 and I got few fries in my meal. Use to get my plate full with one extra sauce free of charge with meal from old management. They were really friendly, always fun, talkative. New management is very quiet and degraded toppings and quantity.
Had lunch today with my mom. The girls working today were happy and gave full attention to us and with other customers. Remembered our order from our last visit. Food was served fast,fresh and always with a smile. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks girls!!
I ate dinner at OPA on Feb 16th. I was blown away my the staff service and the quality of the food. The staff looked so proud of what they were doing and that they really enjoyed being there. I ordered a lamb pita wrap with fries and the meat was so tender and delicious. Fries were hot and fresh. Thank you !
Normally great food. But I got some ROCK HARD chicken in my order tonight. Both the scewer and pita chicken were un edible. I understand No restaurant wants to waste food. But no PAYING customer wants/should be sold dried up hard a$$ chicken. Waste of MY money
The new management is awful! They aren’t friendly, the food quality has gone down… I ordered a side of rice and they threw cold topping on it straight from the fridge. The girl making the food looked as if she’d rather be in bed and was super rude. I’ve come here frequently, probably 1-2x a week for the past several years . Won’t be anymore sadly.
The white sauce that comes with the fries used to be okay but it’s gross now.. very strong and sour almost? weird taste. My other food was okay though.
Seems like new ownership has brought the standards down. Wrap had no toppings, meat was absolutely dry, and salad barely had any substance. I'll probably hold off on eating there until I see any improvement in their reviews to tell me that it's better now.
Super unprofessional. I would give them no stars but that’s not even an option. I overheard the staff making a lot of unprofessional and derogatory jokes while waiting for my food and it made me extremely uncomfortable. The food was such a downgrade since a couple months ago I think they changed management. None of the regular staff anymore. They are running this business into the ground. Food was bland, missing tzatziki, not fresh and mushy salads and the portions were much smaller. This OPA has become a MAJOR disaster and I would recommend going to the other locations as they have much better food and management.
The foods are out of the world, the staffs are really friendly and professional. I do recommend this place for sure since I have my lunch everyday from them.
