One of the dirtiest KFC I've visited. What is the worst no one is doing anything there apart of standing/watching the screen and waiting for a chicken to be cooked. In fact the food was very oily. I was bored so I was an observer- watching closely due waiting for my order. Absolutely disaster. Firstly I was waiting 16 min for my 3 piece meal pieces was given incorrect so I complained. Then I was waiting additional 30min just to get my order right chicken frying time is 17-20min. Someone said that one of the machines was broken and they are sorry. Places to seat wasn't clean, lots of rubbish on the tables, on the floor. Behind the counter, food worktops etc dirty. Also all delivery orders was just standing on the counter like between 20-30min straight without being kept worm. Can you imagine how it will taste?? Yhhhh avoid this place. You have other restaurants around so go there. One more thing, it wasn't busy. Time of my visit between 5pm-6pm

Fantastic food and out standing customer service. It was very quick service the lady took my order was very full And greeted me with great smile. It was busy didn’t expect to be very quick service but I’m happy with the restaurant service and the food quality.

This is quite possibly one of theeeee best KFC meals I have ever had!!!! The service was sharp and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection… not only were the chips hot and salted to perfection… the wings had a lovely deep spice that left a hum in my mouth. The gravy for me was the show stopper and I drank that bad boy like my life depended on it…. Well played KFC… You are the chicken legends!!!!!!! Also as a side review…. My good pal Rubble 07 was equally as happy as I was with your outstanding contribution to culinary excellence… he’s thinking of getting the Colonel tattooed on his buttock!!! Great form KFC

Food did not do it for me. Tasted like something I could find at the airport. Probably can find better and cheaper food somewhere else. Staff was friendly enough.

This is my goto KFC in Victoria. Super speedy, delicious and wholesome food albeit not the healthiest but what a treat to have! Mobile ordering is down for time being so no deals or discounts but when it’s up I always come for a quick lunch grab and go with awesome deals!Recommended dishesStacker Zinger Burger

Ordered today a zinger meal box which supposed to come with 2 hot wings and all of the sudden my order was mistaken with a trilogy meal box fir some reason, went back on the till to question that and I've been given a right attitude from the branch, at the end he gave me the hot wings and what I actually ordered, but after we had an argument, the management there is very poor, I suggest to be looked into it as this is not right for the customers, there are lots of vulnerable people who won't question their mistaken order because they've not have their confidence or just because they don't want to have any longer hassle. But the service there is totally rubbish

The Indian manager acts like the money is coming from his pocket, he thinks that he will get a bonus or comission for selling cold food. Under heath and safety regulations cold food should be thrown away not given to customers. They really need to work on their service skills. This is not India this is UK

Just popped for small meal on the morning Ordered few chicken wings They look and tasted like reheated from yesterday, dull tasteless rubber Service also so slow despite only few customers queuing, however staff were friendly

Worst kfc. Chips cooked in old oil so tasted awful. Cooking utensils were left on the dirty counter. Avoid avoid avoid!

put meal through as large, asked for bbq sauce got mayo, a random spoon. and this so called large drink was a regular can. tables not cleaned after half hour. all covered in mess.
