I went during "open" hours, but all entrances to the mall were locked. Security said it was closed at 6pm on Saturday, while this says 6:30. Disappointing.Food: 3/5
Super friendly and nice staff. I reached there almost at 6 their closing time Usually stores would say we are closed but the person took our order with smile and made it ready for us a real quick. He was really nice :-. Sorry I forgot his name :-
Wish they open some branches in California. Fries were a bit small and firm. Other than that everting was great.

There staff is usually pretty good but there hours are really weird.
Today went to this location the the front staff was very cooperative that person was working alone there. He is having a very friendly nature and very cooperative his smile and attitude and his conviencing power made me to have a combo the food was awesome and fresh . Kuddos to the specific location..
I visited the Bay Centre location yesterday and had their butter chicken poutine. The fries were fresh and hand cut in-store. The staff greeted me courteously and were very friendly! Great Food Efficient Service
Visited New York fries restaurant in Victoria for the first time. The food Fries and hot dog is absolutely amazing. The service is efficient with a smile. The staff truly cares about all sanitization protocols. Recommended to be must visit place in Victoria.
Have come almost weekly for some time but my last few visits the fries have been disappointing. They've been soggy and get cold quick and I suspect I know why. The last few times I've ordered the staff have 'cooked' the fries for about 60 seconds max. I suspect they have pre cooked much earlier and then they dunk them to give a quick reheat. This does not provide the same crisp hot fries which had me coming back often. I thought maybe it was just 1 employee but I've given it a few goes and this has been the result the last few visits. I'd much rather wait a bit longer for them to do a full cook to order.
