Cashier was very friendly attentive and professional but the kitchen staff was not speaking English and was really inappropriate lacking care and rough when placing food on tray or bags. If you order from the app definitely be prepared to wait and pay more than in store that is crazy not just 10% but like a small frosty over a dollar, similar with other items. They have a free coffee offer but make sure you ask for cream and or sugar if you want as there is none where the condiments are placed and if take out well tough luck no ketchup or sauces or even napkins ! Baked potato was ok but the middle was not fully cooked the cheese was drenched and sloppy, the burger for take out was literally falling apart not sure if because the way bag was dumped on counter etc... Please note you will need to wipe tables as they very sticky and lots were not even cleaned off when it was slow maybe three customers dining. The bathroom garbage was over filled and general touch up not even able to give them a pass water on the floor, might be the fault of customers but trash don't tell me it all within a four hours of a shift and there was no soap. Only giving two stars because of the cashier seemed like she had some passion to be at work, was friendly, patient, and for the ample free parking as well as the coffee which surprisingly was good
Not the Wendy’s I remember. Door to the parking lot still locked so I thought it was closed. Table is almost as sticky as the bathroom floor. Dry over cooked burger patty. At least the cashier was very polite. I did let a crew member know about the bathroom, but still no one going in to clean it. And they’re certainly not too busy for basic cleaning.
A pleasant surprise I've not had the cheese burger for years and it still tastes great! The wait was a little longer for a fast food restaurant. Cater more time prior to visiting the venue.
We came in just after 10am today to try their breakfast croissant after receiving coupons in the mail. I had the silly idea yo give the place yet another chance after multiple disappointing experiences. A number of other reviewers have commented on dirty/sticky tables. I can verify that this should be expected - seeing dirty tables at opening. I wasn't acknowledged by the person behind the counter, even after saying hello... Eventually, a manager and a counter staff came to the till and logged in no greeting or explanation of what was happening. The customer experience was disappointing I felt like my morning visit was an inconvenience. Unimpressed with the quality and tasty of the food. It's nice to see rapport between staff but it's important to be mindful that it's a job and not a social space. There was a training session in progress near my table and good information was being provided to incoming staff.. hence the 2 stars instead of 1. The quality of coffee cups was the impressive aspect of my visit. I wish these guys the best... Wendy's is my fast food outlet of choice but I do not recommend visiting this location.
The staff is so friendly and awesome! Every time I go, I see them working so hard behind the counter and they give me very delicious lunches. My only issue is some days two Fridays I've tried so far the dining room is closed due to lack of staff and since I don't drive a car here, I can't order, but that's no fault of the employees. Keep up the good work Wendy's!
Always love coming here. Window is slow as they take one order at a time. BUT they don’t rush and miss items as often as other food places. Always good, always busy- even at 11pm. Though the fired up burger isn’t not at all as advertised, it’s a let down.not this locations fault, Wendy’s advertising. Better off with the Asiago, Parking: New gym takes up parking, other wise there’s usually enough. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps
WOW! Loved the trip, but OMG! I think they need to remember they have humans coming in to actually eat. They served the pick-ups first & make the people actually there wait, a long.... Long..... Long.... Long time! And everybody on our trip was so very friendly to us. Until we came here! They acted like we were inconveniencing them!!! Don't think we'll be back to this Wendy's, but they don't care anyway! Thank you everywhere else in Canada for being super welcoming & nice to us!!!
Barely ever open. Always has big signs posted advertising carry out and pick-up window, but 9/10 times the building is locked and only serving drive though. This location will cheerfully take your money on the app for online pick-up and then lead you to a locked building and make you contact corporate for a refund.
The staff yelled at me in her broken English for simply stating "I've been waiting for the washroom for a long time. Are you sure there's someone in there?" Nice way to turn the tables and call me rude when you're the one who raised your voice at me while continuing to fill your order and having your back turned to me. Can't manage the washroom traffic? Leave the washroom doors unlocked. I hope the next person doesn't lose patience and continence and defecate on your counter. Have fun cleaning toileting accidents, lady. And don't rush me to order food when I'm still out of the line, FAR away from the till, looking at the menu. Horrible team, horrible processes.
It's very slow to get food. Definitely short staffed. They messed up the order by missing a chicken strips but had put 2 double cheeseburgers in the bag instead. Asked for a large fry and got a poutine instead. So a bit of a loss but a bit of a win. I was leaving to drive home up island, so I wanted easy finger food.Food: 4/5
