Opa! Love yelling out this name! : So catchy! Awesome food awesome staff. There were 3 nice customer service fellas there! Very professional and clean place. Food quality is there and I'm very impressed!! Keep up the good work guys!! :D
Super hardworking and efficient staff. It got busy and they were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Through the rush hour they asked me what my order was just to make sure I wasn't waiting long, and they tried to get it to me as quickly as possible. Their food is also absolutely delicious. If you don't know what to get at the food court or even if you do, I FULLY reccomend this place
I think every food chain here in surrey central tastes bad. The Tzatziki is too sour or tangy and has a bitter taste in it. The gyro meat is dry and dehydrated. The customer service is not bad though. But I’m definitely not eating here again.
Service is painfully slow at this food court location. It was between lunch and dinner time and there was only one other customer in front of me. There were three staff hanging out doing prep and took them over 5 minutes to even acknowledge the customers. They were more focused on chatting with each other and the prep. My chicken souvlaki was dry from not paying attention and leaving it longer on the grill. The Greek salad was so so in flavour but at least it was fresh. Zero customer service, so greeting, no smile. Very sterile transaction and poor experience overall.
Just caught one of your employees with his butt placed on the same counter food is prepared on. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe this kind of service from your employees is why this franchise is so unpopular? I certainly would never order food from here. I'll be forwarding this same photograph along with a very critical email to the CFIA. Expect an inspection in the not so distant future. If I were the manager of this branch I'd have a very serious talk with this guy on his future employment here.
The service was good but I bit down on something that tasted like mold! It looked like moldy feta. And the tzatziki is weird; it looks more like a ranch and is bland.
The staff here are so nice They have big portions also of calamari and salad that's why i keep coming back to this location " Opa surrey central"
These guys are taking “disgusting food with terrible customer service” to a whole new level. The food is bland, the ingredients are not fresh, and yet somehow its their attitude that stinks the most.
The calamari that I had tonight at this location was the worst I have ever had. Mostly small hard pieces that were super chewy or hard crunchy. Very disappointed and a waste of money. The greek salad was fresh. Today I took a gift card to Opa! that was provided by Opa!s corporate office to replace the bad calamari meal that I first wrote about. Today June 10th was much different without knowing it was me who complained I went and got the calamari with Santorini salad and both were very good. The calamari this time was tender and fresh! Thank you Opa! of Greece for the gift card replacing my meal.
Omg, I am done trying. This the second Opa in Surrey I waste my money again today. I am done pretending they are a Greek restaurant. I ordered a calamari and Opa fries today at this central city location. The calamari was paper spice, lot of crumbs and the fries was no different than other fast food restaurants. No because it is in a food court to just something without taste. Wasted my money..
