Wow. SALTY. I was pretty damn stoked to come here only to find 8 flavors available. Regardless I opted for Truffle waffle and Bryan, the Rancho Cheddar loopy. I think just shaking the fries in the seasoning would be suffice and no need to dump an extra 2 tbsp of the 'flavored salt' on top. I can safely say I have no desire to taste anything truffle again....for a long time. Yeah don't get me wrong it was tasty...but I don't think I've ever ingested this much salt in my whole life! The salt definitely dominated any flavour in both varieties. It was just salt on salt on salt on...you get it. Also kinda disappointing but once I finished the top layer of actual waffle fries, I was left with 1.5" of bits. Really. Just broken bits. Maybe the waffle ones break too much? Should come with a fork to get all these tiny bits. Ugh Waffle Corner! I had such high hopes!

I always enjoy getting the Barbecue flavored fries. I ordered the largest size and had it split with 2 flavors. Wait times can be a bit long. They currently have a promotion of buying a Terra sized Chili Barbecue fries, you get a mega fries of any flavor of your choice, for free.

Not only waited for 20 mins for our order, she also gave the person who came after us first. I don't know what's the point they put the number in line then. She also gave the amount of mega size as much as the fries that u can bought at McDonald for 1.79. But they charged you for 6.49 or so. We usually bought their fries and always satisfied with them. But today, they really disappointed us. Hope they can improve their service.

Been a regular customer over here but this time experience was very disappointing. The lady working the manager there prepared us a wrong order, the flavour we didn’t even order , instead of handling the situation nicely ,she made that our fault and that she spoke our order 2 time’s whereas she didn’t do that , she was rude to us and literally shouted at us. This is not the right way to talk to any customer. We never expected her to behave so childish and arrogant. Literally the worst customer service. You just lost a regular customer.!

Wasabi fries!!!! I didn't know this is gonna be one of my favorites. This store reminds me of home, the country where this store was originated. PHILIPPINES BEST tasting flavored fries!!!

This is Cheese and Chili Bbq flavours. The Cheese one is pretty salty, would recommend some drinks to wash down all the sodium in your throat . Chili bbq is savoury and have a hint of spice. Overall they are interesting to give a try.

Why is your fries always stale? I usually wait for 5-10 mins assuming it's getting cooked fresh. I head upstairs and it's already stale like it was cooked the day before? Staff are nice tho. Hope you guys get a different supplier for your fries.

Fries are consistently great every time. They make a fresh batch of fries per order so you can expect to wait a little bit longer worth it, though. Staff is always so friendly and it's exciting to see them branching out with more flavours! For sure can't get fries like this anywhere else.

I had high hopes for this restaurant after hearing about all the hype from some of my good friends… Fries were tasty! Absolutely loved the seasoning and each bite had a bit of a crunch with a soft inside. However, I warn future customers to be very clear with your order and review your receipt immediately! During my first time ordering, I asked for waffle fries in their smallest size. Unfortunately, they only had waffle fries available in larger sizes. I was fine with it and sized up since I was keen on trying their fries for the first time. I tip and pay for my order, and wait a good 10 minutes. No worries, I’m sure they’re making sure my order is fried and shaken to perfection. When I receive my order, I open the bag to find loopy fries and not waffle fries. Confused, I looked at my receipt to see what I had ordered: it said loopy fries. I don’t want to make any assumptions, but I think there is a clear distinction between “waffle” and “loopy” in terms of pronunciation. Returning to the cashier, I ask if I can exchange them as what I had ordered was not what I wanted. According to the cashier and the manager, I had said I ordered loopy fries and the order was even repeated back to me it wasn’t, and that they can’t change the order in the system. So I warn you, future customer, to re-iterate clearly your order, multiple times; maybe even record the cashier to repeat your order back so you have solid proof haha. I get it, communication has been slacking due to the pandemic; we all gotta wear masks. It’s still not an excuse to provide subpar customer service. I would advise to refrain from tipping until that improves!
