You can always tell how good a place is by how seriously they consider feedback and make things right. After a not so pleasant first visit to Charleys, I’m so glad I decided to give it another try. I was really impressed with the service and the food. Everything is freshly prepared and tasted great. I now plan to stop here for lunch every time I’m in the area as I like to support businesses like Charleys that truly value customer service.
Philly Chicken - Got it on the largest bread they had because it is so good. One of the delicious take out food chains sub I have ever tried. Chicken, mayo, mushrooms, onions, lettuce and tomatoes simple ingredients but they complement each other so well. Excellent service too.
The food tasted so bad ,the meat wasn't fresh at all and had a distinctive smell . Went back to the girl and tried to explain to her that the meat isn't fresh she got so aggressive and rude . Anyway I got my money back but I will never eat there again
First time diner at this place. Lots of choices and combo's. Really enjoyed the Philly cheeses teak I had. Nice change from places like Subway. The food was hot and had lots of flavor. Will come againFood: 5/5
I love this place. Not only is the food great ,but the ladies that work there during daytime are awesome. If I ever open a restaurant I coming for them to work for me: I hope the managers paying them good cause you just don't see that today. Thanks girls for being so great to me :. Parking: It's in a mall. So lots of parking outside. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes because its in the mall.
This is 100% better than subway and even other gourmet sandwich shops. The bread is tasty and the meat is prepared to order. I wish there were more locatjons.
Was so excited to try this place out. I love cheese and I thought this can actually be the best. From the get go, people who work here are so tired and sad that I was like do you want me to make my own sandwich so you can rest. I got the classic Philly Cheesesteaks and my husband got Mushroom Swiss Steak. They both tasted exactly the same. We had such a hard time finding the cheese. We were wondering if they forgot the cheese. Our poutine tasted really bad. With powder gravy that was the worst kind. It was so cold that the cheese did not melt at all. I couldn’t eat it. The cheese fries were good. That’s the 2 stars for. Real cheesy and bacon added a very nice flavour. Nothing can go wrong with bacon. My regular sandwich had same meat as my husband’s large sandwich. His was just a bit longer. When they spread it in a larger bread it looks actually less meat in it. Our fries came way later than the sandwich. The worst part was when she put the bread and sandwich on the counter to add the inside filling. The meat fell off the sandwich and she scooped it up with her hands and put them back in the sandwich. The money did not worth what we got. Definitely won’t come back and don’t recommend it at all.

Good fast service but couldn't always hear what one of the assistants was saying because Mall was noisy. Food was what it said it was - a hot sub. BUT, speciality lemonade was good and the ones with added fruit I had blueberry are spectacular!
I miss the Prime Jalapeño Steak-Q. I'll give an extra star if you bring it back or finally make the Fiesta cheesesteak available lol
