I would give 0 stars if I could. This place does not care about its customers! My coworker placed an online order for several of us at work. When my coworker went to pick up the order they said they didn't have our order or the credit card information. They were rude to my coworker when he inquired about what to do. If someone places an online order they should be allowed to get their food. Apparently you need to rethink your online system! So several coworkers waited a long time past their lunch break for no food! And to top it off my friend couldn't get a parking spot when he came back!

If I could give zero stars, I truly would. From the moment my family and I walked into the building around 7:30pm no one was around. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back and acknowledge us. Once we were seated (only family in the place) and placed our water order. 15 minutes passed by and we still had no received our water... ITS WATER. Shouldn't be that complicated. But apparently for this Olga's it was. We left before even ordering or getting our water. This place has the worse service. We also asked when the restaurant closed, and the waitress told us 9pm. Well funny how when I looked at the website it stated 10pm. ALSO when we were waiting for our water that was too hard for the waitress to handle, there was a male worker throwing bleach water all over the floors... WHILE WE WERE SEATED. The workers were rude, and inconsiderate. I will NEVER return to this facility and I definitely will make sure most people don't. I don't recommend this place. I do recommend this location be shut down. Waste of space.

Wow is this restaurant terrible. It's like they are actively trying put themselves out of business. It HAS to be on purpose. No other explanation for how the bad service is. It's every time too. I work nearby and my sadistic coworkers will force this place on me because they have a craving for snackers. I hadn't been back here in a year probably and thought maybe it got better but it didn't, it got worse. At minute 15 service started and we ordered drinks/food right then, 25 waters came, 40 salad and snackers, 60 food came, did not fill drinks or come back at all, 80 had to flag manager for the bill, 90 got the bill, 100 manager couldn't figure out a CASH payment, 110 walked out for the very last time ever.

Ridiculously bad service. I waited in the lobby forever for someone to come take my order. Finally ended up having to call it in. From the lobby. The only way to get service was to call them from their own restaurant. Unbelievable.

Food is good but the service sucks! Sat for over ten minutes with our waitress basically ignoring us. The manager had to take our order. I would say that this is a fluke but this is the second time this has happened at this location. Won't be visiting here ever again. Don't waste your money in a location that doesn't care about service!
