SUBWAY®Restaurants

Always rude and throw your food onto the bread just simply dont care. Had to start asking for meat to ve double cooked so it was hot all the way through.

Employees are often rude, don't listen and never seem to have any idea what is going on. The quality is only subpar and the lines can get extremely lengthy.

I have never had a bad experience at subway until today. Talk about a rude and stupid cashier. If I was her manager I would've fired her by now! I let her know when I walked in that there was a homeless man soliciting people for money outside the restaurant. She stared at me and did nothing. Then rang us up incorrectly.

Tried to order a sandwich today but the counter person was talking to her friend and I had to order several times. She got rude when I complained so I asked to speak to the manager. His solution was to tell me to order Mediterranean food from a different restaurant in the food court. Really???? I should orderm food I don't want so he doesn't have to deal with his rude employee??? VERY poor customer service!!!
