The staff was very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. Wait time was short. I would recommend this site to anyone needing immunizations.
I wished I read these comments before booking. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ONLY HAVE 2 stars. The nurses were amazing! But the reception sucks! Seriously really mean! She was shouting at me and cuts off when I say something. I can’t believe why she is still have that job - she is not fit to receive appointments.
Everybody I encountered here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional! They took great care to explain all of my vaccinations to me and what to expect, so I felt well prepared and taken care of.
Great experience overall and very knowledgeable staff. I have referred friends to come here for their travel vaccines.
Called and got a very impatient woman who responded to my question "Can I get immunized without a consultation fee if I already know what vaccinations I need?" with a condescending "no." Not to mention I couldn't get in until a month after I called. Cancelled and looking into a private pharmacy. Typical poor government service.
