Pizza wasn't as good as I remember it at other locations. Crust was tasteless, Canadian bacon wasn't very good. Mediterranean salad was pretty good, except for big chunks of lettuce stalk. Needed more of the toppings, I got 1 piece of cucumber. The atmosphere is fun there. Great place to watch sports. Waitress was great, Alexa has served us all 3 times we have been there. She does a fantastic job.

After experiencing this restaurant 3 times here's what I will say. 1 the service needs to improve, I know it's a new place new management and everything else but they could improve. 2 the food is not consistent, both the times I ordered to-go it was no so good compared to how I dined in. And one time I ordered to go and they forgot my order. So conclusion the place needs to improve, are you missing out? Not really the long wait times and not so perfect service isn't worth waiting an hour plus. I would wait a month or 2 before going back.

Ya know this place isn't to bad. Foods pretty good friendly staff... it's just the service sucks! Like jesus Christ I've been sitting here for 25 minutes and haven't even got my drink yet

Our waitress needed to write down order it and learn the menu we had 1 deep pizza 1 thin crust beef onion and 1 ale crust 7 veggie pizza the only pizza that was right was the deep dish one took 2 times to bring out the other pizzas they should know what the order is before it leaves the kitchen or it could be the kitchen not reading the tickets we have been there 4 times now how things get better with you guys thank you

Went there Tuesday night as I was staying in the hotel, sat at the bar, the bartender took 10 min before ask what I wanted then took another 10 to get me a menu, once I got her attention (10 min later) she took my order, I got the spaghetti pue with meat balls, the meat balls were very dry and the spaghetti was also very dry. I decided to give it another shot last night, I got it to go I got the pork wings again dry, and a pizza, keep in mind I was staying at the hotel so it took maybe 5 min to get to room, the pizza was cold, the crust was like thick cardboard, sauce was cold, just a very poor experience over all. I have been to many Old Chicago's in Colorado and even some when the where first open a week, and this was by far the worst I have ever had, I'm not really blaming Old Chicago's but more there employee's, it really seemed like they just hired all the people that were working a Wingers. Not impressed at all.
