I went there tonight and it shows on google maps that they close at midnight... There drive thru was under construction and they had a big sign saying lobby is open... On there open to close hours it said it closed at 11pm.. I got there at 10:30 pm and there doors where locked, so I decided to call and see why they had there doors locked at 10:30 they told me that they changed there closing time to 10pm... I was very disappointed because I drove all the way down there just for them to tell me the hours were wrong on everything and that he would let his manager know.... I have never had a problem until now.

I LOVE TACO BELL. The Rock Springs Taco Bell is five stars for sure. The only problem is that I am commonly given the enough food that was ordered or not even given the food I ordered. Everything is yummy though.

Always friendly and professional service at this particular Taco Bell. Though the establishment is dated, it is clean. The food is fresher than average as well.
