Starbucks

I was traveling across country and stopped for coffee and.... Very disappointed. The guys were very nice and personable but it took 20 minutes to get a coffee, that would never happen in Seattle, and the bathrooms were disgusting. No place to put down a coat or purse, toilet ĺooks like it has Never been cleaned. So sad for you Starbucks. BTW I love, love, love Starbucks.

Nice Starbucks. Friendly baristas, quick service, accurate order. What more could you ask for! The parking lot is tiny, but the drive-thru seems to be pretty quick.

I love Starbucks, but I would not recommend this location. When going through the drive thru I ordered my coffee and I asked what flavors they had the lady said all the flavors really fast and through the speaker and how fast she was talking you couldn't hear a word she was saying and so after not hearing the flavors I asked if she said cookie dough she said "no! I didnt say that." I was like alright what did u say and she never replied. So I said alright do u just have vanilla I thought that was the simplest/safest choice but I guess not becauss she goes no but we have the polar bear that has vanilla flavoring. So I go sure just give me two of those. And for a grande frape and 2 cake pops it was $10. Yes my food came fast but when I got my food my coffee tasted like water. Not even coffee and my cake pops were nothing close to vanilla. On top of the rudeness of the cashier I payed $10 for a watery coffee with chunky wiped cream on top and a cake pop that looked like a 5 year old made it out of mud and rocks. I'd recommend McDonald's over this Starbucks. I certainly do NOT recommend this Starbucks.

Can usually get through line pretty quickly. Not a bad place to stop for a coffee.

Starbucks is usually a great place with great coffee and great service. The last four times I have been they have been out of the Featured Specialty Drink. The new Toasted Coconut Cold Brew. Have not even got to try it. When I asked the cashier if they are always out because it is so popular she said "We are out of the flavoring because our truck hasn't come for two weeks. It's a nation wide problem. Starbucks doesn't know where any of their trucks are." I could not believe she had said that because it's pretty impossible. She then gave me my card back, told me the balance on my card and turned around and walked away. In my opinion, bad customer service. It made me not want to go back.
