Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Every time I have eaten here, the food has been great. While it is expensive $7 for the gyro pictured, there is always a lot of meat and not like your typical fast food restaurant. I can't speak for ither Arby's, but the staff here is great. The cashiers are wonderful and the place is always clean. I review many restaurants and this is one of the best. The mozzarella sticks are fried to perfection, the beef and cheddars always have a lot of meat, and everything is done like they care.
I love Arby’s usually, weather tonight was given watery iced tea that tasted like dirty water and I paid extra for a bigger drink and then I did not get my mozzarella sticks that I ordered. I got the wrong food got all the way home my mistake I should’ve looked , I tried to call the store and when I was there, I was literally the only car in the driveway. It was very dead there so I don’t know why they couldn’t pick up the phone. It’s gonna be a while before I go back there and when I do, it’ll be during the day and I’m checking my order before I leave pretty upsetting. I wanted my iced tea all day from there
Have always been on point in the past, but today we ordered almost $50 of food at the drive thru and got all the way home to north Rock Springs to discover they didn't put our sliders in the bag. No QAQC process apparently to double check the orders before they send them out the window. Super pissed but not driving all the way back to town to demand my $4 worth of sliders
If I could give negative stars I would.. food was disgusting, while waiting for order we witnessed an employee eating fries out of the fry warmer and not using gloves!! Absolutely disgusting the health department should pay them a visit
Went through drive-thru but the service was great and the food was alright
