McDonald's

I live near this restaurant and every time I come, I watch the food prep carefully. Always hair nets and food safety being addressed. Cleanest McDonalds I've ever been in. Very fast with service. The food is great. Twice my wife was given an extra patty for her mcdouble. I appreciated it. This is also a lot cheaper than other locations.

Ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles, mayo and 3 slices of tomatoes. Didn't get the tomatoes. If you can't read the ticket, you don't deserve a job. Special orders are suggests, not priorities. I wouldn't patronize this restaurant.

For the past 5+ years have been stopping here during my drive to/from seeing my family on the West Coast. Stop here at least six times a year. The last few times the sodas have been extremely gross- watered down. Last week I went inside to fill one myself and for some reason both machines dispense the drinks warm. That explains it. Just went through the drive-thru today and the ice was mostly melted in my diet Dr. Pepper and it was watered down. Tossed it out. Not sure what is going on but never had this happen at any McD. Had to pick up a bottle from the convenience store down the street before hitting the road.

Wash your hands after touching your mouth, nose, and inner ear bare handed. Wash your hands after reaching into a trash bag bare handed to put something in. Not dropping it in but your hands touching the inner bag. Wash your hands before handling people's food. The employee shift lead/Crew trainer denied what I watched and his alleged manager never saw a tag didn't so much as say wash your hands. Patronized and wanted to know how to make this better for me..... Watch them with your order.

Went threw the drive thru, ordered blue powerade with a large nugget meal. And a medium dr.pepper. also got 2 kids meals. Instead of blue powerade was given red without knowing tell the window at pick up. Got food, came home, the fries where half full on a large fry, the dr.pepper had no carbonation and had no flavor. I live here and have had better service... idk whats going on over there but they cant handle a rush and after a rush they cant seem to figure it out. Not the best service with rude people at the window.
