Clean, friendly waitress, quick service. I love New York cheesecake pancakes and coffee!! Practicing the social distancing rules by seating appropriately. They also bring selected condiments.

Our waitress was ABSOLUTLEY awesome & very accomadating!! She went out of her way to make us happy. Very friendly, down to earth, & wished service was like that everywhere.

Great location.  No waiting. Tania was my server and provided excellent customer service. Ordered the Belgian waffle and it was perfect. Pancake Day on February 25th. Go to IHOP and support your local charity. Thank you!

Very good food. Only one server and she was working very hard. Shame on corporate

Love getting breakfast with my family here! The severs are so pleasant. 10/10 place to eat for calming environment and good food!!

Service was nothing special, waitres was polite enough. However, the restaurant was filthy, food all over the ground, seating area and tables. Food was mediocre at best. At this price point $40.00 for a family of 3 I would recommend not eating here. I certainly will not be returning.

Had a great experience here! Our waitress was super nice and considerate! We got seated and served very quickly. I ordered the French toast combo and I have to say it was the best French toast I’ve ever had! It had a buttery crisp taste on the edges, which made it amazing! Our waitress is what made the experience even better! :
