Very happy with this Ohio Pools and Spa Store. Erich always got back with us on any questions or help that we needed. Jim answered questions also. We look forward to using our super pool this coming summer. We still have questions on further set up but know they are there to help us. To cover this pool for winter was fantastic. Thank you all for your time, kindness and service. Pleasure to do business with. They do their best to always get back with us.

We had a great experience with Ohio Pools & Spas in Mayfield Hts. Initially we felt they were too expensive but they have spas in every price range. Eric walked us through all of the options for hot tubs. They carry quality products and have a have a dedicated service staff. The purchase and installation went without a hitch. We are very happy with our new hot tub and have peace of mind that we purchased from Ohio Pools.

20 years ago I bought a hot tub from Ohio pools and spas and was very happy with it . My salesmen Jim, was awesome. He took the time to answer all questions. He was very open and honest about other dealers and gave us the opportunity to shop around, however I felt so comfortable and confident with Jim that i made the the purchase and did not regret it. So much so, that when it was time to replace it, I went right back this year, to Ohio pools and spas,and low and behold yes that right Jim was still there. He again Was very informative and gave us the option to shop around but when I saw him I had no doubt I was going to purchase another hot tub from him . We bought the paulse and are completely satisfied. I would recommend Ohio polls in spas and my salesman Jim to anyone looking to buy a hot tub

We just watched a meteor shower from our hot tub last night! We’ve had a few hot tub parties and spent many nights just relaxing in the tub in our backyard. The hot tub has been a great addition to our lives. We look forward to many more memories and the fun that revolve around this awesome investment! I decided to purchases a spa for therapeutic reasons. I was familiar with OPS and decided to check out the spas Father’s Day special. We met Chelsea, who is knowledgeable and informative. She described all the options and we decided on the “Flair”. The installers were diligent in explaining all the features and chemical issues. Afterwards I had a few concerns and chemical questions. Went to Mayfield store and Jim was very helpful and beyond my expectations of service. We could have selected a spa from other providers at lower prices, however OPS offered quality, service and dependability which influenced our purchase. Highly recommend OPS.
