Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My daughter and I booked side by side appointments. We were a few minutes late as the traffic around this location is terrible. I called them enroute to let them know that. My daughter's masseuse was waiting at the desk for our arrival....very nice! However, I then waited 5 minutes for Steve to come out to the lobby to get me. Plus, he ended the message about 5 minutes early (5:45). However, my daughter's lasted a full 10 minutes longer than mine. The inconsistent service was disappointing.

Miranda is the BEST. I am suffering from piriformis issues and plantar fasciitis. However, when I came in to see Miranda, a few days before, I had somehow, stupidly, injured the back of my thigh walking down some steps and twisting strangely to catch my fall. The pain there made the piriformis and plantar fasciitis issues pale in comparison to the pain I had in the thigh. Miranda could tell I really did hurt myself (big knots) and spent a good amount of time in that area and by the end of the hour, I could actually lift my right knee up to my chest. I am icing it and putting heat on it as she suggested and there is definite improvement. So relieved. Thanks, Miranda, and see you next month!

I have been here on several occasions, and then sent my wife and daughter on mothers day. Eric and Antonio are both excellent. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend taking advantage of the monthly subscription package!

My first impression was absolutely great. Nice greeting friendly and professional atmosphere. Eric my therapist gave an amazing hot Stone massage!!! Request him if you decide to go. The ending impression was a bit annoying by trying to get me to sign up for a membership the receptionist asked the most famous sales pitch question " well what's holding you back?" After such a relaxing experience the irritation was not welcomed. Let your customers visit a few different times before trying to sale them on a membership!! Try a different approach, something to talk about in your next sales meeting. Again huge thanks to Eric for being so talented and proffesional he was the highlight of my visit today!!!
