I felt I had to write a review because I saw all of the horrible reviews.  My family LOVES Lifetime, it's like our second home.  My toddlers love the play center.  The indoor and outdoor pools are AWESOME!!  And, the fitness classes are great!  Especially Melissa K and Caressa J - hope you keep them forever!  We love the Lifetime Cafe, Nathan is awesome and the food is delicious.  I think it's a great price for all the amenities.  My only critiques would be to keep the family locker room showers cleaner and give your staff a raise, because their good attitudes and friendly nature deserve it.  Of course, not everyone, but most of the people we've met have made it feel like a little community.  Oh, and get year-round iced tea!  :)

Facility has many amenities, staff has always been great.  One very major problem that is going to force me to cancel my long-time membership.  My locker has been robbed 3 times in the last several months and my wallet emptied of cash.  Always on a Sunday morning before noon.  An inside job?  Don't know.  Word to the wise - don't bring anything of value into this club!

It is a nice gym with nice equipment but the staff has no regards for the customers. The child center would not allow me to bring my child in during the open hours indicated on the door because of staffing. Why advertise what you can't provide? Customer service from corporate was very poor as well. This is nice gym but the operators do not care about their customers at all.

If you try and put your gym membership on hold they will make you come in, they will not allow a call to do so because they want to continue to bill you and blame it on "paperwork". When I asked for a manager all managers were "in a meeting" both times. I love the gym and the facilities but they apparently havent learned that customer service is what keeps companies like Amazon, google, etc on top. Not shady contract and bogus policies just to nickel and dime. I will amend this review if Corporate calls back and simply puts my membership on hold. Its pretty awful that gyms bank on shady contracts and policies just to nickel and dime, be better than that.... I love the facility but cant stand b.s. "policies".

Nice facility, horrible service from day 1. Any questions or issues, they transfer you around where no one answers the phone. I have left messages for everyone up to the center manager with no response. It's just not worth the high cost.

When will I learn? I've been thinking about finding another gym and saw LTF had a special and thought what the heck. I reached out on line and asked for pricing information. I specifically asked not to be called. Shortly after, I received a call! When I restated my desire not to be called.. the jerk laughed in my ear and hung up.. Amazing..

Note to the LTF responders.. You guys don't get it.. Reading through the posts there is a recurring theme.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Instead of asking US to reach out to you, perhaps you should take the initiative and reach out to customers who leave and ask why, then take action and remove current management and give some service training. You guys have real issues at this place and it could be so much better in such a hot market.
