This review is for eyelashes only.
I have had eyelash extensions in multiple cities and at multiple places. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, from coming in and asking for a 2-3 week fill, to being surprised at the end by a charge for a full set... to having painful clumps of glue the size of small pebbles throughout my eyelashes. There were just glued clumps of eyelashes throughout my lash line, and when I called to complain they offered to redo them. I explained to them why I would never want them to touch my eyes, ever again, and then asked politely for a refund since I have only had the lashes three days. "No refunds on services, but we can redo them for you or remove them." Again, given how much my eyes burned and watered during the process (she did things no other eyelash tech has ever done, which should have been a clue, but I was halfway through the process, what are you supposed to do?), and the end result of spiky lashes with giant clumps of glue at the bottom, why would I want them to touch my eyes again?
Had they given me a refund, I would have taken this as a rookie mistake and just gotten them removed, no harm no foul. But to ask me to come back again and let them put chemicals near/in my eyes when they screwed it up so badly before is just ludicrous. 
Also, you lay on a tiny bed covered in towels and a strip of paper in what used to be a half bathroom. you and the "artist" barely fit in the room. It's a nightmare, and I'm out almost $200 for it with no eyelashes to show for it and half of my own will probably come out upon removal.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever had at a salon. I was told they'd be ready for me in half an hour. 45 minutes go by and I ask when someone would be available. The receptionist looks at me, says yeah I can't guarantee any time and end of conversation. I wait another half an hour and still, no one has taken me. I alert the receptionist, and there is no apology or guarantee that I'd even be seen at all before closing, so after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I leave. Are they good at paining nails? I wouldn't  know because this salon has zero respect for honesty on availability (if they knew they couldn't take me they should've said so originally) or for people waiting in line. Very disappointed.

I went in to Broadmoor for the first time today. I'd heard good things about it from my friends so I figured I'd try it. It was pretty busy when I got there, so I wasn't surprised/angry when they told me I'd have a 30 minute wait. But then, an hour passes and I still haven't been helped. My friend asked the receptionist what was happening, and she didn't know how long the rest of the wait would be. So I decided to tough it out for about 15 more minutes, but there was still no seating. I understand that you need to serve customers with a reservation first, but it's important to give your walkins an accurate wait time so that they aren't let down in the future.

I was referred to this place. I made an appointment, but before I did that I asked if they had solar polish, the young lady checked. I drove 30miles not to mention I am visiting to be told they have one color "clear"....REALLY!!!!???...then she told me that I should have asked if they had colors...REALLY...JUST WILL NEVER RETURN..I'LL JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET HOME

I love this nail salon!! I always get my money's worth. I love how they always remember my name and they always pick the best color for me when I have trouble choosing. Chris and Leyla are so nice and the rest of the staff is also phenomenal.
