Great place for nails. Girls are friendly. Place is Clean!!

The lady I went to was extreamly nice and did an ok job creating the baylage.  However the color was no where near what I wanted. I wanted almost a bleach blonde look and I ended up with orange brassy looking hair. Pretty dissapointed I spent all that money.. needless to say I do not reccomend getting your hair colored there.

Ps. As I was getting my hair done I was watching people get their nails done and I did not once see them sanitize the nail clippers between uses🤢

I was part of a bridal party on November 7th at the John Roberts Salon in Chagrin Falls.  It was a wonderful experience!  Everyone was friendly, warm, and very welcoming!  I felt like I was spending time with my best friends.  Lots of laughter and FUN!  Thank you to everyone!
