Good News Auto Mechanic

I was planning a long trip recently and needed some piece of mind that my 8 year old car was going to make it there and back safely. Chris at Good News Auto got me in right away and I was impressed with the informative meeting (that he took the time to have with me) before getting the work started. He asked me about concerns and then stated exactly what they'd be doing and looking for. Shortly after I arrived back at work, Chris called me with recommendations of what his mechanics thought should be done for my car and a few items that were fine, but good for me to consider. I think Chris is a relatable, trustworthy, down-to-earth kind of guy... and if you have a limited budget he'll work with you to find the best solution for your targeted cost, if possible (ensuring the most important items get done first). The price I paid felt absolutely fair to me, considering the time/parts involved. I love their philosophy of using some of their profits to fund on-location education programs for struggling families. Excellent work and great value from a top team. Along with honesty and integrity in service. I was very pleased, will plan to continue going to Chris for all my vehicle needs and would highly recommend that you do the same. I found G.N.A on google roughly 2 years ago, and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else! Not only have they been fair, honest, and kind to me and my jeep, but today, they showed me how much they truly care for their customers. When my 2.5 hour appointment turned into a full day wait, Chris PAID for my cab to get to an important interview! Very much appreciated, and as long as I reside in Edmonton, I will continue to give my business to Chris and his wonderful team!

Chris and Kendra helped me out in a big way by fitting me into their busy schedule to do some work on my truck as I needed a quick turn around for work purposes. Their techs did an excellent job diagnosing what was wrong with the truck, explained it to me, then they fixed it in a timely manner. Also the cost was more than reasonanble. I am a happy cusomer and will be recommending Good News Auto to others!

A RARITY TO SAY THE LEAST Chris is a class act and he runs an honest shop. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Well done sir. UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER Still going to Good News Auto, they are just awesome! If you're shopping around for winter tires, seriously consider them! Their prices are reasonable, and you don't have to worry about damage to rims or tires because they're so professional and take their time getting it done right. Kendra is friendly, understanding, and super-cool to talk to, I feel comfortable asking these guys anything. *two thumbs way up*
