I’ve been a member at 6S for a bit over a year now and absolutely love it! Along with challenging workouts, the classes are a lot of fun. The coaches are great and provide the encouragement and support you need. And the community of members are amazing and motivating as well. Highly recommend this place :
Very welcoming community and very knowledgeable staff. If you are in Toronto you should definitely go here! I became a member in February and have zero regrets, it is a fun and friendly atmosphere and the coaches are making sure you get the most out of every workout.
6S Fitness+ is such a great gym and Crossfit box you can join. Enjoyed every single time with all the coaches.
6S Fitness+ is a great gym and joining was definitely one of my best things to come out of 2020 for me! The coaches are amazing, they will celebrate every win no matter how small and always give sound advice. There is big sense of community at the gym - no matter how tough the workouts are, we are all cheering each other on.
I typically do not post reviews but I felt obliged to connect with anyone wondering if they could ever really get in shape. With dedication on my part and the familial support of 6S I’m proud of what I’ve achieved in less than a year. I highly recommend this gym.
6S is a fantastic gym with wonderful coaches and an awesome community. The coaches are knowledgeable and super welcoming. I always look forward to coming to the gym and leave feeling even better.
LOVE this gym! The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Being there is always the best part of my day. The workouts are great and the coaches really care about you as a person. I highly recommend this place!
I’ve been a member of 6S for a few years. In wanting to improve myself and be better physically and mentally, I wanted to get back into exercising more and thought a group class situation might help motivate me to stay consistent. The programming is modifiable with scaled versions, so as someone who was new to CrossFit/Functional Fitness more specifically gymnastics-type movements there was always something that I could do that gave me a challenging workout. One of the best things is meeting new people from the classes - it makes the hard work fun. Someone is always cheering you on! The coaches are super nice and knowledgeable shout out to 6:30am coach Kev. I’ve been working with the dietician, Alysha, and she’s helped me form some great habits with my nutrition to help me with my training goals. They provided a great and welcoming atmosphere!
Great gym! It was my first time ever trying to do CrossFit and I was pretty skeptical but more so worried about injuring myself. From the first day my trainer took great care to make sure I was doing each and every move properly and safely. I thought it was best to stick with just one trainer but over time I tried the other trainers and I'm so happy that all of them focus on not only making the workout challenging but also safe. Always a great time, thank you everyone for making it so positive.
